Sagro is a windows based front end to our Unix system. SAGRO allows our customers to log into their account information from any internet connection, at any time. Customers can review their payable account on-line, including their 0, 30-60, 60-90,90-120 day chart, look for invoices using many different search criteria and print their invoices as far back as 3 years; review and download their statement simply by entering which month of which year they require, etc. The most effective benefit of having this type of access, is that our customer can process their own request within their time frame and this has the result of speeding up the solution they are looking for. When a customer signs up for SAGRO, they are sent a comprehensive "How To" document that will help them navigate SAGRO and it's benefits.

An email is sent to the program Administrator who then confirms your information and that you are a customer and sets up the parameters of the on-line account (every account is slightly different). The Administrator then emails you an ID and Password and a document that will help you navigate the program.
