The Cold Weather 12/3 awg extension cords are built with an SJEOW rubber elastomer jacket that prevents the cord from cracking and ensures flexibility in temp well below freezing.
Passes the UL cold bend test at -50°C
In addition, these extension cords provide Continuous Current and Ground Monitoring (CGM), an OSHA requirement.
Male & Female Indicator Lights
Built with an amber light in the male end which indicates that there is power in the cords and outlet.
Also a green light in the female connector to know at-a-glance that there is ground continuity.
Build
The heavy duty molded on plugs and connectors have large strain reliefs that prevent the ends from pulling away from the cord body.
Built with strong resistance to sunlight, ozone, cracking, oils and chemicals, and are outstanding in resistance to abuse, rough handling and wear.
They're also flame retardant and ultra flexible!
The outlet blades are Nickel-Coated Brass to Resist Corrosion!
