Built in Rocker Cap makes it easy to open container with one hand by pressing the lid to a counter or other surface to open it and then you can squeeze out the amount of product needed into your hand.

Water not required to activate this cleaner's cleaning power! Simply rub cleaner into dry hands and rub until all grime is dissolved. Wipe dry or optionally rinse with water.
