Perfect Fit—Kevlar Sleeves feature DuPont™ KEVLAR® brand fiber. Kevlar-engineered fiber is five times stronger than steel on an equal-weight basis and provides excellent protection from cut, slash, and abrasion hazards. Kevlar is also flame resistant and can withstand heat up to 900° F (400° C) without degrading.
- 100% DuPont Kevlar brand fiber is standard weight and provides excellent protection from cut slash and abrasion hazards
- Kevlar can withstand temperatures up to 900 degrees F without breaking down
- Kevlar will not support a flame, providing excellent flame resistance
- 2-ply sleeves are comfortable and conform to all sizes of arms
- Kevlar/Cotton Blend styles are 1-ply Kevlar 1-ply cotton (the inner layer of cotton helps to wick away moisture and is more comfortable to wear against the skin)
