This DeWalt 20V MAX XR™ Cordless Brushless Dual Speed Framing Nailer is built to drive 2” to 3-1/2” nails either by sequential mode or bump mode.

Nails

Drive up to 700 nails in a single charge, making it a perfect cordless nailer for delivering high production speeds with fewer jams. You can load this rear-load nailer with nails that come in .133 to .131 inch diameters and 2 to 3-1/2” lengths.

This nailer is extremely versatile as it can use 30° - 34° degree nails that are paper tape, clipped head or offset full round head, eliminating the need for multiple types of nailers, while giving multiple options for the kinds of nails used for the job.

Motor

20V MAX XR™ Extreme Runtime tools are built with a brushless motor making them cooler running while giving them double the runtime of brushed motors, PLUS, they are up to 38% lighter and 57% faster than other 18V li-ion tools, making these tools better for operator health and all day use.

Having two speeds, allows the motor to drive two different lengths of nails, without any hassle of the worker having to grab a different tool to finish the job.

Build

Being a cordless tool, there aren’t any hoses to trip over or compressors to have to lug around, keeping your worksite cleaner, safer and eliminating the need to have lots of supplementary equipment around just to get the job done.

The trigger has a lock-off capability, making this tool safer, as it can be disabled when not in use.

Weighs only 7.8 lbs., making this a good tool for all day use. It also is only 13.25 inches wide, so it can get into tight corners and a variety of work settings.

By having the ability to do sequential or bump methods of nailing, this tool can be very precise and accurate with nail placement or give your worksite production speeds.

Nosepiece is easily accessible in case of a jam, providing less downtime. Easily reset the drive blade by releasing the stall lever and your back up and running in no time. Plus, the tip is non-marring, so you don’t need to refinish surfaces after nailing.

Power

20V MAX XR™ Extreme Runtime Premium Li-Ion 4.0Ah batteries supply up to 33% more capacity per charge than standard 20V MAX™ Li-ion batteries. LED fuel gauge on battery gives immediate info on charge level, so there’s no guessing on how much power you have left. Get more power and a considerably longer run-time with these batteries.

The charger has a hot/cold charge delay and will start charge once the battery is at optimal temperature. This feature keeps the batteries working in prime condition and helps reduce electrical shocks and fires.

Takes about 1 hour to charge the 20V MAX XR™ Extreme Runtime Premium Li-Ion 4.0Ah batteries with the included charger, helping to keep downtime to a minimum.
