The DeWALT Double Bevel Compound Sliding Miter Saw (DHS790AT2) is built to give the user flexible with both unlimited power and unlimited portability all in one saw.
Power
This saw uses DeWalt's FLEXVOLT™ technology that allows for a 20V battery to turn into a 60V through the way the battery engages all of its power.
The design of this saw takes advantage of using 2 of these FLEXVOLT™ batteries to produce 120V!
While on battery power this saw will cut up to 289 cross cuts in 3-1/4" base molding before needing to be recharged.
Build
Coming in at only 56 lbs this saw is a conveniently portable power tool that will perform on any job site.
The miter and bevel scales are easy to read, and the cutline blade positioning system allows the operator to make extremely accurate cuts.
