The Dow GREAT STUFF™ Fireblock Insulating Foam Sealant is built to fill and seal gaps up to ¾”, and for helping to slow and stop the spread of smoke and flames from traveling through service penetrations.

Fireblock is made to help maintain the integrity of approved fire blocking materials.

This product will adhere to most building materials.

Dispense in any direction by using the provided straw that will help to direct the foam into the gaps and cracks you want to fill.

This foam minimally expands to fill, seal and insulate around service penetrations between floors to create a water-resistant, and airtight seal.

One 12 oz. can = Up to 22 tubes of caulk!

Safety

Wear eye protection, gloves and protect the area from the excess product.

Uncured foam can be cleaned with acetone or GREAT STUFF PRO Cleaner for best results! Cured foam on hands or surfaces must be removed mechanically or allowed to wear off.

Keep ignition sources away from this foam and use them in well-ventilated areas.

How to Use

• Shake can vigorously for at least 30 seconds
• Screw straw assembly onto the valve
• Dispense slowly, this product expands!
• Mist with water to speed up curing time
• Dries bright orange colored and cures rigid
• Not suitable for being dispensed in cold temperatures

NOTE*** This type of dispensing can is for 1 TIME USE ONLY as the foam will cure itself and make it impossible to dispense anymore product!

Technical Data

(Cure rate is based on 70 ± 5°F and 50 ± 5% RH, 1-inch bead diameter, 6-inch length. Cure times depend entirely on temperature, size of foam bead, and humidity.)
