The Century Wire 12/3 AWG Prolock™ Extension Cords are built to prevent power cord connections from pulling apart.
Build
These extension cords have a locking connector that stops any cord that is plugged into it from coming out.
Rated for indoor or outdoor use, these cords can be used between -50°C and 60°C and will remain flexible well below freezing temperatures.
ProLock extension cords are made out of crack resistant Polycarbonate body that is rated SJTW and is available in green, orange or blue.
SJTW is a cord that is good for hard service; it is a thermoplastic cable that is rated for 300V and is approved for outdoor use.
Completely eliminates dangerous cord tying!
Safety
Do not use when wet.
Keep children and pets away from the cord.
Do not plug one extension cord into another. Purchase a cord long enough for the job requirement.
Avoid overheating by keeping the cord uncoiled and uncovered when in use and plugged into a power source.
Do not drive, drag, walk on, or place objects over this cord.
Each cord is CGM protected which means it is continuously ground monitored for your safety and protection.
How to Use
- Insert the plug into the ProLock connector
- Push cord ends together to lock
- Pull collar back to disconnect

Store this cord inside and in a safe place away from children and pets.
