The 3M Fiber Disc 787C is built for high-pressure use on stainless steel and nickel alloys.
Build
These discs use a ceramic abrasive grain that is extremely durable and provides high cut rates.
Built with a heavyweight fiber backing that provides excellent durability.
Excellent for weld grinding, beveling, and edge chamfering applications.
Suitable for sanding stainless steel and nickel alloys!
Storage
Store in a moisture controlled area that stays between 16°C and 27°C for longest product life.
- Coated Abrasives: A coated abrasive is an assembly of abrasive grains fixed with an adhesive to a backing material such as resin, rubber, polyester, paper, or cloth.
- Fiber Discs: Abrasive discs that are heavy-duty and durable due to the vulcanized fiber backing that is coated with resins. These discs need to be used with a rubber backing for support.
