Its positive ratchet, screw and disc are completely enclosed to protect the brake mechanism.

There are non-asbestos wet friction brake discs that WILL NOT slip even when oil is present.

The tool is electrostatic powder painted before assembly to protect against rust and corrosion, and its capacity unaffected at temperatures up to -40°C with suitable Winter lubrication.
