Product Description

The DBI / SALA Concrete D-ring Anchor is built from top quality materials guaranteeing high strength and durability to stand up to the toughest environments. These anchorage connectors are the unsung heroes of most fall protection systems, often overlooked but critical components because they securely attach your system to the anchorage. Your choice of anchor depends on the type of work being done. All of DBI / SALA must provide a secure point of attachment for a complete personal fall arrest system, and must be capable of supporting a load of 5,000 lbs. (22kN) or of meeting OSHA’s criteria of a 2-to-1 safety factor.

Anchoring

This anchor installs into 11/16", 18 mm or 3/4" concrete hole.

You can use the anchor vertically in wall or horizontally in ceiling.

The anchor can be installed as either a temporary or permanent anchor.

Features

There is a reusable D-ring assembly and there are extra bolts available.

It comes equipped with a swiveling D-ring tie-off point.

There is safe hook-up indicator for safe and proper anchoring.

Build

This anchor is constructed to be compact and lightweight out of high strength steel and aluminum. These are rugged and corrosion resistant materials.

  • Fall Protection: A backup system to protect workers from death or injury in the event of a fall while performing a task at heights.
  • kiloNewton (kN): This is the force of gravity rating, NOT static weight or mass. One kiloNewton is equal to approximately 225 lbs.
